Best Diet Book
When it comes to
diets I am often very skeptical as I have a good understanding of
what your body really needs. A lot of diets on the market are plans
that you cannot keep to over the long run meaning you often put the
weight you lost on faster after the diet is over. Many diets often
cut out a lot of foods that your needs to maintain good nutrition
levels. It is very important when trying a diet to ensure it is
maintainable and provides your body with excellent nutrition all
week round.
Low GI Diet Breakthrough
Saying this the Low GI diet is in my opinion
clearly the best option if you need to diet and lose weight the
healthy way. By combining a low GI diet with regular exercise you
can help control risk factors including high blood pressure, high
glucose levels, high insulin levels, metabolic syndrome and heart
disease.
These are all very serious conditions. Heart
disease is the biggest killer of people in the western world. But
what causes this deadly disease? Often it is the result of
atherosclerosis, or 'hardening of the arteries', which develops
slowly and unnoticed until you get angina or have a heart attack.
It's not just cholesterol, we now know that inflammation of cells
lining the blood vessels play a key role.
Heart disease doesn't just occur. It has been
directly linked to high levels of saturated fats and can be linked
to certain carbohydrates you eat. I will stop there and not bore you
with the details, all you need to know is that most diseases can
often be prevented by eating the right foods and lowering GI intake.

accessible 24/7 (you can start straight away), the diet is
maintainable after the diet period, it is excellent value for money,
follows a great nutritional base and actually worked when I used it.
Of all the GI diets I have reviewed over the years this is up there
with the best.
When initially looking over this diet I was
second guessing, it seemed way to good to be true. The flashy
promotional page seemed like every other one with great promises for
little money. However my curiosity got the better of me, and knowing
that Low GI Diets do provide and excellent way to improve your
health I just had to have it. So I purchased it, which is one of the
best things I have done. It is fully legit, and I learnt a few
things which I hadn't known before.
Wesley has done an excellent job in making this
guide on GI and benefits of the diet easy to understand. Practical
tips help to make this guide part of my life and the meals are
amazing. Because the meals are low in GI's they release energy into
your body slower and as you need it, so you will feel fuller for
longer.
Wesley's plan is easy to follow and discusses 24
secrets before her plan which provides an excellent source of
information, and motivation, and really does build a fantastic
foundation for the diet.
If there is any book/diet you should read and
try, it should be this one here. It has really changed my diet for
the better and provides an invaluable oyster of knowledge. There
